The March Monsoon

The saying usually goes April showers bring May flowers. However living in central Oklahoma this week, you would have to disagree with that statement. The saying should read March monsoon brings green grass, budding trees, weeds in your yard, and a gloomy spring break. Although I must say that this rain was much needed—just wish it came over a period of time in smaller amounts so the ground could soak it all up. Maybe that soil since class in undergrad paid off? Wait...what did I just say?

I captured this stunning shot of the clouds while I was leaving work. The skies of Oklahoma are such a gorgeous canvas that changes daily. With some days being more beautiful than others but nonetheless, they are all breathtaking.
